About Prowess Edge

At Prowess Edge Consulting, we believe a positive school climate is the bedrock for academic success and student well-being. In this pivotal role, you'll be our resident rockstar, partnering with schools and districts to cultivate a culture of respect, inclusion, and academic excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with school leaders and educators to assess current school climate strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver innovative strategies that promote social-emotional learning, positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS), and restorative justice practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and professional learning communities (PLCs) to equip educators with the tools and resources they need to build strong relationships and manage classroom environments effectively.
  • Analyze data and track progress to measure the impact of climate improvement initiatives.
  • Become a trusted advisor to schools and districts, providing ongoing support and celebrating their successes.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, School Counseling, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in K-12 education, with a demonstrated track record of improving school climate.
  • A contagious enthusiasm for fostering positive school environments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
