At Prowess Edge Consulting, we're passionate about creating schools where students thrive and learn from their mistakes. In this key role, you'll be our resident discipline rockstar, partnering with schools and districts to develop and implement positive and proactive discipline plans.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with school leaders and educators to assess current discipline practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
Become an expert in positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS), restorative justice practices, and trauma-informed approaches.
Develop clear, consistent, and fair discipline plans that promote student accountability, growth, and respect.
Facilitate workshops and professional learning communities (PLCs) to equip educators with the skills to manage behavior effectively and build positive relationships with students.
Analyze data and track progress to measure the impact of discipline plan implementation.
Become a trusted advisor to schools and districts, providing ongoing support and celebrating their successes.

Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, School Counseling, or a closely related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in K-12 education, with a demonstrated track record of improving school discipline.
A strong understanding of positive behavior support frameworks and restorative justice practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
A passion for fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
